You head back to your mentor and leave the squirrel alone. The squirrel leaps up a tree and runs along a branch. You feel ashamed. Your mentor scolds you, before you continue around the territory.

It is a long trek, and by the time you get back you are ready to sleep. You quickly eat a vole, before stumbling to your new den- the apprentice den. You snuggle into the moss and fall into a world of dreams…

You wake to see dawn light filtering through your den. Out in the camp, the deputy is sorting out dawn patrols… Do you…  Ask your mentor if you can do training or Go and get some fresh-kill or Offer to go on the dawn patrol?
